We invest a lot of ourselves in our homes.  They become expressions of ourselves and a chronicle of our lives.

I create photo books that capture the details and sense of lived-in homes in the San Francisco Bay Area and Ashland Oregon.  They are intended to capture what is important about the home that you created.  The images are evocative.  Over time they will serve as triggers to memories that otherwise fade.

I include pictures of whole rooms; details of decorations, objects and architectural features; views that emphasize interesting geometry and light; exteriors; and night shots where useful and possible.  Sometimes I include pictures from a family album.

My books have gone with people who moved.  They have been given to friends with shared memories of a home.  They have been given to children after they left home.  They have been kept by people who are proud of what they created.
